From My Lips to God's Ears:

Stories of Homelessness

A Documentary by Virginia Allyn

Monday, November 25, 2013

Over 55,000 people experience homelessness each night in New York City, including more than 21,000 children.

"From My Lips to God's Ears" by film maker Virginia Allyn tells the story of six individuals - what brought them to homelessness, where they are today and what their dreams for the future are.

Each tells their story in "From My Lips to God's Ears" from Virginia Allyn, a documentary portrait of one of the most significant social issues of our time.

Film maker Virginia Allyn is a documentary photographer and journalist who re-located from San Francisco to New York City in 2006. Her passion is telling stories and capturing many voices that must be heard.
